Nothing that healthy! ;) I was baking two out of a batch of matcha cupcakes with matcha cream cheese icing where I'd frozen small portions of the batter and the icing so I could make just a couple at a time whenever I want. They're such a treat, especially in the middle of a hike. They're from this batch pictured in my day 113 selfie.
