homemade omogashi for a tea gathering under blossoming wisteria

This is the first time I've tried making this particular form of sweet (I haven't found a term for it) where a rectangle of rolled-out uiro is folded over a filling of an -- miso-an in this case. This uiro is too thick, and many large clumps of potato starch stuck to it so much that they couldn't be brushed off. Notes for next time; not a terrible first try. I didn't name it at the time, but I think I would call it 'momochidori' 百千鳥. (from my flickr photostream https://www.flickr.com/photos/missioncontrol/)
