Yes, it is new to me and in the form of kitchen countertops. Nice countertops normally wouldn't be a big priority for me except that the existing countertops were tiles spaced just far enough apart for stuff to collect in the relatively deep gaps of grout between tiles but just close enough together that they're virtually impossible to clean. I can only imagine that whoever chose them was not someone familiar with cleaning countertops.
