Precisely! It was pretty grungy, but the real catalyst was a sake spill that messed up the action of a few keys. And now that the keys have been washed, the base thoroughly wiped off, everything dried, and the keyboard reassembled... one of the control keys—the left one, which I use about 1000x more than the right one—is still messed up. :/
